Breathtaking views of the ocean from 1st and 2nd floor 30’ long covered blue stone porches. Great 1900’s home has been completely renovated with architectural details intact and today’s creature comforts added. Large living room features 3 sets of French doors providing access to porch, and flat screen TV. Game room, dining room, full bath with shower, equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and mudroom complete the first floor plan. Upstairs is home to 5 bedrooms; two with king sized beds, two with queen sized, and one with two twin beds. The primary and twin bedrooms have doors accessing the upstairs covered porch. The primary (king) has a full bath with tub and shower, while a hall bath has a soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks for the other 4 bedrooms. The laundry is located on the second floor. There is a large over sized completely enclosed outside shower, paver driveway providing off street parking and gas grill. The house has central air conditioning, hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans and lots of windows. 10 beach badges, beach chairs, multiple bikes and umbrellas are included for your use.
Besides being 250 feet from the beach, the house is within close proximity of casual and fine restaurants, a convenience store, Silver Lake, Ferruggiaro Park, Belmar Fishing Club and all of the amenities the Jersey Shore is known for.
This well maintained, fully remodeled, tastefully furnished home is available for the weekly rentals shown below. We reserve the right to limit rentals to mature adult groups and families, who will treat this home as if it was their own.
Minimum rental of 7 days, starting and ending on a Saturday.
11.625% NJ Sales Tax and Occupancy Tax will be added to all rentals by VRBO

Our family consisting of 4 small children and 3 couples have stayed at this beach house twice (most recently in June 2020). This rental is close to the beach, has ample parking for 4 cars, is immaculately presented, and has a great variety of bicycles, beach chairs, and beach toys. The house is beautifully decorated (high quality linens) and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies. What makes the stay even more attractive are the owners, Rick and Nancy, who make sure that all relevant information for the house is easily understood, they've thought of every detail that makes your stay comfortable. They are extremely cordial, warm and very responsive. This home is our rental of choice for the foreseeable future.

Nancy and Rick's home is your vacation's paradise in Northern Jersey. The house has all the amenities for a family to enjoy. The kitchen has all updated appliances with an abundance of kitchenware. Plenty of sitting space for family meals in the dining room as well as a comfortable sitting room with lots of space. They keep the house impeccably clean and seems like it is freshly painted every year. There is plenty of parking in the back, a Weber gas grill, garage filled with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. They think of everything from the replaceable gas tank for the grill to the air pressure pump to add air to bike tires. They offer 10 seasonal beach badges to enjoy the beach; a very short walk that allows you to go back and forth to the beach. The deck views of the beach are amazing in this home. Nancy and Rick's hospitality is absolutely superior. Our family has vacationed in Jersey for the last 22 years and by far they are the most gracious home owners/renters we have ever met. We all love their home and I don't believe you need to look further than 102 7th Ave. Belmar for a fabulous family vacation.

We had a great week at 102 7th Ave. From the start Rick and Nancy were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. They provided a well done booklet with info about the house and area which they sent before we got to house which was very useful. We are a family of 5 ( 3 teenage children) and the house fit all of our needs. It was very close to beach, had plenty of space and walking or short bike ride to everything in area. We loved the two porches and spent most of our time when not at beach enjoying the front porches. The house includes bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach stuff which we also loved. The house was also very clean and well stocked with waters, paper towels and other basics so that you don’t have to run to the market when you arrive. I can’t wait to go back!

From the minute we walked into Rick and Nancy’s home we felt comfortable and at home. They go out of their way to make sure their renters don’t have to think about anything but enjoying the beach and sitting on the wonderful porches in the evenings. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you need for the kitchen (including some food basics, foil, storage bags, dish soap, etc). We stayed during the coronavirus summer, and they even left us with a box of masks and a packet of sanitizer wipes to use during our stay! They have a computer and printer available for their renters' use and the air conditioning works wonderfully. The house's location is perfect. Its just a few steps from the beach, yet not a lot of people or car traffic right in front of the house. Light switches in the house are labeled and there a trash cans in every room, again, just small gestures, that show the detail they put into making sure everything is easy and seamless. We have rented other summer beach houses and I can say unequivocally, the efforts Rick and Nancy go through to make you feel welcome are beyond the norm. You really feel that they care about the quality of your stay.

Amazing house…great location with steps to beach, super clean, two spacious porches with views of the ocean, a garage full of bikes and beach supplies, new technology and appliances in the kitchen, really comfortable mattresses, lots of parking spaces, really nice and responsive owners…..My family and I had a truly great experience and would highly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you for another great beach week in Belmar. This was our seventh year renting your lovely house which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We bring only our clothes, towels, sheets and food. The kitchen is well equipped to cook anything we desire, but I love the menus you provide of all the local restaurants. We are a three generation family of ten and we are all comfortable in your home - our only regret is leaving. My favorite place remains the second floor porch with cushioned lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean view which I miss already. We will definitely rent your beach house next year. Thanks again.

My family and I came to 102 Seventh Ave the first week in August. The home is well located only one block from the beach with an ocean view from the upstairs deck. The house is very spacious and well appointed, the bedrooms are a comfortable size with very comfortable beds; the kitchen is stocked with all the basics (hand soap, garbage bags, detergents, dish towels and some basic pantry items) and super clean. After a day at the beach (10 beach tags, chairs and umbrellas included) we all loved sitting on our comfortable deck chairs sipping our favorite beverage and reviewing the day. The property has parking for four vehicles and more on the street if needed. Rick and Nancy were perfect hosts readily available to answer any questions or solve any problems. Although I had never rented a shore house before all the other guests had, and their opinion was unanimous that it was the most exceptional shore rental they had experienced. We had a nice stay at your house and hope to revisit in the future.

Nancy & Rick your house is absolutely decorated in such good taste. My kids even teased me how it is so much like my own. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. It has been absolutely perfect. You both are such wonderful and most efficient hosts. I have rented other houses before, but never can I honestly say that any of the others have been as well and completely equipped as yours. I am truly astounded by all of your thoughtful “inclusions”, water, hand sanitizers, etc. I could go on and on, but needless to say I am blown away by all that you have provided. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach home with us.
